On August 22, the Jiayi Fangyuan Customer Open Day took place at our Lanzhou office. Unlike a product presentation, we focused on the delivery floor: how a project starts, how requirements converge, and how the final check is done before launch.
Session recap
Project managers shared critical moments from real projects, including requirement changes, data migration and insufficient training coverage. Customers raised concrete questions about multi-store permissions and cleaning legacy system data, and we turned the discussion into a checklist.
