On April 12, the Jiayi Fangyuan engineering team held the Spring Tech Sharing at the Anning Science and Technology Incubation Park. This session focused on reliable delivery, with engineers from different projects sharing their practices.

The session covered contract-first frontend and backend collaboration, putting an SSR performance budget into practice, the pre-launch checklist, and a retrospective of a real incident. We kept concepts to a minimum and focused on concrete practices and the pitfalls we hit.
Feedback
Participants were most engaged in the discussions on performance budgets and launch checklists. After the event we compiled the materials into an internal handbook and plan to keep refining it in future projects.
