On August 22, the Jiayi Fangyuan Customer Open Day took place at our Lanzhou office. Unlike a product presentation, we focused on the delivery floor: how a project starts, how requirements converge, and how the final check is done before launch.

Put the problems on the table

Project managers shared critical moments from real projects: a customer changing a process at short notice, historical data that did not meet expectations, and key roles missing from training before launch. These are not all success stories, but they are what delivery really looks like.

  • Requirement changes are not frightening; the absence of recording and assessment is;
  • Data migration must be rehearsed early, not left to the week before launch;
  • Training must cover actual users, not only the project contact.

Questions from customers

Customers raised concrete and valuable questions: how to divide permissions across stores, how to clean legacy data, and who owns daily configuration after launch. We turned the discussion into a checklist and will keep refining it in future projects.

An open day is not about showing how well we did. It is about seeing problems earlier, together.

Next stop

We plan to make the customer open day a series, with sessions for retail, restaurants and education. If you would like to join or share your own practice, please contact us through the website.
